Yes legal still in the US but god only knows for how long, you can find it by doing a search for Salvia on the web, many places on the net sell it. Comes in many different strengths(1X,10x,50X) which is basically how many leaves are compacted together. more...

Bozo, the last time I tried (bout a year and half ago) aside from the visuals it felt like someone was trying to close a ziploc bag onto the top half of my head!! Crazy high from this plant.
