Mate I have never smoked but unfortunately I learnt a little late in life that not just smoking can harm your body. When I first started work I had jobs which damaged my lungs. I worked in a foundry with a lot of dust in the air and also panel shops more...

Yeah, sorry to hear that. I am an airplane mechanic and I've been exposed to just about ever toxic chemical imaginable...so far no ill effects that I know of though. I keep my fingers crossed!

Thanks for your kind words. I posted this video on YouTube first and I did get serveral people who emailed me and told me they decided to quit. Serveral people commented that thier parents had died from smoking too. It was really sad. Anyway, thanks more...
