Congress is the sole authority to declare war in the U.S. They can do so by a "declaration of war" only. Anything else is outside the law and should be prosecuted by the highest authority.

To deny free speach and participation in honor of ones military service to any man or woman who puts thier life on the line in war is an aggregious assault on that persons honor, constitution and liberties of the people of this country.

I feel it takes more confidence to refuse to fight and speak up, rather than joining the ranks and setting aside morals.
