Despite my legendary aversion to theme parks (or fun of any kind) I was coerced into taking my young 'ward' (as my friend Carolyn insists on having it) more...to the self-proclaimed 'happiest place on Earth'. That's odd, I was under the impression that the happiest place on Earth was an Emo convention at a razor blade factory.
Anyway, this was my second trip to the theme park (I only live thirty minutes away, which is either a blessing or a curse, depending on your IQ) and, having not learned my lesson the first time, I agreed to return. As un homage du brothers Cohen, I end the film before the climactic Splash Mountain money shot. It's my comment on the catharsis LiveVideo viewers achieve by watching acts of violence, or something. less
