Terrible. I had to fish my cat out of a pond the other night after she fell in when the ice broke. (I had to jump in the disgusting, freezing water and broken ice.) When I got her inside I gave her a shower to get the filthy water off and she screamed more...

That machine is absolutely cruel. Anyone that would put their animal into that machine should not be allowed to own a pet.
