Prairie oysters, probably the same, though I've only heard them called "mountain oysters." Each Spring, the calves are castrated and the family has a feast. Tastes like chicken. ;-)

I've eaten calf testicles, and they are delicious, fried in a batter. I never thought to eat them on a stick...maybe next time. :-)

I've been thinking about it, and chicken sphincters are not really big over here, on it's own at least. I supposed people eat it along with the rest when they're doing fried chicken or other chicken dishes.

I guess it is kind of appealing when you're more...
