Speaking as a woman, I can only imagine the type of pain which inspired this little gem, but it must've been pretty damn severe if it's turned you into a high soprano. ;-)

It's one of those things that if you don't brace yourself for, you can hurt yourself with. Sneezes are very forceful, and if everything's not secure bad stuff can happen. I'm sure that happens to women as well in the, uh, upper region, lol.
