One thing I would love to do is go far enough north to see the northern lights. I don't think they are bright enough to catch with my camera though.

Next time have a ufo cruise thru the sky slowly and don't even say a word about it.Might get their attention.

Posted Jan 29, 08 by Fudmottin
Heh. I've thought about something like that.

I've seen this before somewhere! :)

Not possible!

Posted Jan 28, 08 by Thundercat98
Here's what I did with it. Ha Ha!

Posted Jan 28, 08 by Fudmottin
I think I detected a slight loss of quality there.

No problem. It kinda shows how LV lightened the foreground after I went to so much trouble to try and give it a moon light look.

It'll be the CMOS. They're more sensitive and draw less power than CCD's, but more difficult to control. Oddly enough, my Canon dslr uses a CMOS instead of a CCD.

Posted Jan 28, 08 by Fudmottin
CMOS sensors are making some headway over CCD because they are now capable of reasonably good quality imaging. And the tech is cheaper.

Aren't we special now, Mr. Fancy camera..software...video editing guy...

Enough showing off the incredible capability of your new cam already! We get it! ;)

Everything is faked.

Wow, very cool effects. I can see some great vids coming soon.

Posted Jan 28, 08 by Fudmottin
My thoughts exactly.

I wonder if an IMAX camera would fit on my bike.

Posted Jan 28, 08 by Swipe
Of course, you know what I mean :P

That camera, coupled with Final Cut Express, has the potential for some mind blowing stuff indeed.

The last three weren't great?

I'm working on a video that should blow people's minds. I just have to solve some technical issues.
