Another way to access that same menu is go to:

START | PROGRAMS | ACCESSORIES | SYSTEM TOOLS | DISK CLEAN-UP

While you're in there, you should also do a "Disk Defragmenter" It also helps.

Absolutely, I went to defrag my hard drive and the message was to defragment, I was about to post a video on that but THANKS for making the suggestion Dale and thanks for voting.
