bummer :( I keep a can or two in the pantry, but rarely eat them. Usually it's a power outage situation when I do.

that looks really good. I make my own from scratch as well too .usually i just put peas and scrambled egg into it because thats usually all i have, but I also like to put all kinds of spices in it. salt, pepper, garlic, onion, tumeric, cumin, paprika,

a little nutmeg, a little cinnamon, some brown sugar, a dash of lemon, a little soy sauce, sometimes a little allspice or a tiny dash of ground clove ... this is making me hungry! if you see this and say whoa thats a lot of spices...well the trick is not to overdo it! so it comes out just right. i wish i had a video camera, i would love to do some cooking vlogs!

there are so many spices in the marinade I used the only other thing I added was some soy sauce :) I love cooking, the problem is I'd trip over the tripod if I set it up in the kitchen. Not a place designed with the cooking enthusiast in mind unfortunately

*drooooool* I love home-made fried rice. Sometimes I put chopped iceberg lettuce in mine with lots and lots of green onion. And mmm, I do love snowpeas!

I put alot more stuff in it than I have before, peanuts, baby corn, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, yellow squash, carrots, broccoli, green onions, and of course rice and eggs. I bought a ginger sesame marinade that I used instead of peanut oil. wow!
