There are lots of videos on youtube.com explaining this trick. It's fairly easy to do. Like most illusions, it takes a bit of setup and practice.

We spent the day taking pictures and having a laugh. It's nice that people know how the illusion is done and nice that you don't spoil it for people who don't...lol. It's one reason I check all the comments! There's always someone wanting to act all more...
