I don't cook too much with beans,cause I never know if or how long to soak and cook the beans.
Your recipe looks dooable...think I'm going to give it a try.

Thanks a lot!! Just remember that you can't over-soak the beans. They absorb all the water the ever will in 60 to 90 minutes when raw.
