I believe they have medication for that now(multiple personality disorder). lol Seriously, although I've never had any encoding issues, I understand your frustration, and think that LiveVideo spends to much time on cosmetic issues, and not the more basic more...

lol, well it worked on me ;-) It would be great if LV gave us stats like how many times the video was watched to the end etc, it would make it much easier for as to work out what worked with our videos.
