As far as exahst goes Scorpion has a nice setup for the 650R. Go to http://www.ninja650shop.com/ there is alot on that site for the 650R also the suburban machinery handelbars are really nice if you like that tru supersport bike feel and look.

yea i just got the LED kit and havent mounted my plate yet. i look at exhaust's for a long time but this helped alot----(http://www.ninja650.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=4153)
