even in australia this song hits home we played it over and over as close friend passed away age 30 as we sat beside her bed she also loved this song ..thanks to everyone ..ive also had a kidney transplant andbeen very ill i still listen to it when more...

This was so touching. It seems everyone is afect either personally or knows someone. My partner for 22 years has survived this aweful disease. Thank you so much for this. You are a beautiful person.
