Nice job with the machining! Was that black delrin, or was it electrical tape on aluminum? Very nicely done.

The delrin was the front pieces.Since the lens pops out 3/4" need something to bolt clear plastic to in front of the lens for protection if I go that route.I do this for a living,ie make stuff.One of my customers is in haleiwa. Your a CE. I got my degree more...

I watched your vid.Lots of wind noise.Did you put tape over the mic?How does wind get into the helmet?
Seems to be a common problem.

Camera is a canon sd 1000.It has off center lens which pops out 3/4 inch. I would have to examine a full
face helmet to see if it has the room for the lens and make a plastic cover to protect the lens.This is doable but a pita.I live about 50-60 miles more...
