I've had a trip or two like that, only my head was up my ass (not a physical injury) ...Immense guilt.

Well, I just think your such a cool lady, I don't like the thought of you being "laid up" so to speak and in pain. But I do love the order and how your doing your travel journal, it is very eye opening and makes me want to "think", I love it. Peace...Lin
