No, Casey had copyrighted material on his home page that he was claiming to be his own. Another member reported him to the people who owned the copyright. Live Video admin love drama but hate copyright lawsuits! ;-)

It's all about site traffic. The admin feel Casey is good for site traffic so they let him get away with whatever he wants to do. If the admin thought putting dead children and puppies on the front page they would do so in a heartbeat.
