a disaster, it is CRITICAL that pet owners take as much responsibility as they possibly can. Have a plan and include your pets in it. Pay attention to what's going on around you during severe weather. Don't wait until the last minute to begin. No pet should have to die. And no person should have to die because they didn't plan.
