Southern Painted. Get up to about 5" or so. Smallest of the painted turtles.
When he gets to about 2" or so, think about a 30 gallon "long" aquarium, fill it 80%, get a turtle ramp, uvb/heat light over that, Filstar XP1 canister filter.
