That's a really great law. You wouldn't believe how many people drive by and never stop here. Well I witnessed a lot of that when I lived in Philadelphia. I am glad that you stayed safe.

Agree, it is a great law. Although there shouldn't have to be any law about that. The natural response when you see an accident (and there are no paramedics there) should be to pull over and help, but people just drive by. Its the same over here even more...
