This makes alot of sence. It is all in the molecule size. Perhaps a pond fogger injection. I am not entirely sure about the ionzed part but it makes sence too. easier to break the molecule?

Will the amount of alcohol your using in your mix prevent it from freezing?

So far the solution in my generator has not frozen. But, the temp is falling and we will see if it stays liquid. I put some in the freezer and it became a slush but at least it did not freeze solid.

I really do want to sell both a kit and plans to build this. But first I want to make certain that other people will get consistant results and that the system will not fail in a short time of use. I belive that anyone using this system must be willing more...
