Hey thats cool if the work promotion thing goes threw for youi know thats a lot of work but you can handel it my couison did the same thing you are going to due and she was always really busy but at least you get a rasie also so thats cool

every thing else your doing im doing the same have you noticed any change in your weight yet just wondering in about 4 weeks now i have lost about 12 to 14 pounds so im happy so far well i hope to hear from you soon and i hope you can figure something out about your work deal
