Personally I am torn between wanting to think that the Bush administration is either evil or incompetent. Likely both, and neither.
With subjects such as, (missing oil in Iraq) you have to ask yourself how many layers this information has been through more...

We have been paying off the insurgents with it. With out them we would have to leave. Its the new drugs for weapons for contra thing. Now its oil for insurgents for permanent bases deal.
