Except for rwyatt you people really are totally ignorant of the real world. It is a caribou in velvet, uninjured, trying to get rid of the velvet. The road isn't exactly a superhighway so the danger is minimal. There were no injuries, no limping.

The road isn't it's natural surface to walk on. Have you EVER heard of shedding?? Ya, rwyatt is right. You are just damn stupid.

This is the types of comments on things I see every day. People that will save the earth don't have a clue at all about what they are talking about.
Nothing .. no clue ... brain dead! But they speak as if they know something.
Moose ... elk ... caribou
more...
... all easy to identify and distinguish.
An injured animal does not stand on the highway and scratch things.
You people are just plain damn stupid!

Yikes folks ...
that is a caribou ... he is not injured at all but rubbing off his velvet. He has antlers .... they grow anew each year and at this time of the year his antlers are itchy and annoying ... he is just preoccupied with with his itches.
Not

Thats not a moose, that is an elk. And obviously looking at its hind quater it has been hit by a car, or attacked by an animal.

I don't think it was an itch. Did you notice the limp as he ran off the road? He needed help, not laughter!!
