the reason it's so fuzzy is because of the layering techniques they use in CGI (poorly done) to make the images appear on the background. This looks like a first attempt, but they got the voices right.

I'll say this: the people's voices sure sound genuine, but nearly anyone can be a good actor. Then again, this vid is again so fuzzy you can't really make anything out.
