Definitely. That's one of the reasons I wear a full face helmet. I just can't imagine getting hit by those things on unprotected areas being a nice experience.

I think that is one of the pluses of bike rideing.Being one with nature.Nature wins most the time .It seems we all have one of there stories to tell.Thanks for posting your bro.Ride safe..Robbie K.

I agree. I love the sights, smells, and feelings you experience on a bike. It's not something you get in a car. I own a convertible, and that doesn't even come close to riding a bike.

I once got a wasp inside my helmet during a vlog but have yet to be stung in one :-)

Last year I had one go up my shirt sleeve. It just stayed there. When I got to my cousins house, I went to take the shirt off. That's when it stung me.

I had that happen.I pulled over and removed the stinger from my neck.Sucks but it happens.

That's the first time I have been stung on the bike. Not a nice experience, but I survived.

I know that had to suck. Back in the day, my Mom put Vanilla Extract on it and it took the sting out.

I've heard of that, along with a dozen other remedies. Luckily, I'm not allergic, and it just stung for a bit and itched for a few days.
