OMG, when i saw the episode with Drakken rapping I almost died laughing, tell ya the truth he's actually pretty good (Ron was better) now, as for Vlad...

Moreover, both knew the teens father in college (Drakken was in college with KP's dad, and being made fun of pushed him TOO far), and both are blue.

Yeah, but I gotta hand it to Dr. Drakken, he's gotten closest to the villainy goal than Vlad has. Drakken's nearly ripped Kim's life apart. Vlad? Worst he's done is a few scratches, if you don't count the creation of Dan (he did the ecto-ectomy)
