Nennam's idea is good.

If you'd ever come to Estonia, i would more than likely(100%) arrange you a free bed and a place for your bike.
But traveling in Europe is much more expensive than in Africa or Asia, don't forget that.

Hm...what about this;
Use all your subscribers and find out if they can accomandate you/show you around on your trip thru their country. You have a world wide fan base...right?
Maybe your fans even can help you with bike and gear so you don`t have those   more...

Part 2 of my response that goes into some other aspects of planning.

UKrider, accomodation shouldn't be that bad. I backpacked in Australia & SE Asia recently. One night at a hostel in Australia was about $20 - 25. A night at a hostel in SE Asia is about $10USD.

No need for expensive hotels.

Another thing, how does   more...

Yup, the dollar is just too weak right now. That's why when I see tourists form UK & Europe shop here in NYC, they come out with bags & bags & bags of stuff as if the department store is giving it out for free.

To be honest, I think he has a lot more   more...

Yeah I know, Hostels can be had in the UK for about $30 per night, but don't expect your bike to be there when you get up in the morning. It won't!

I was just trying to warn him about UK & Europe. You can't really do a round the world trip, and miss   more...

From what I've heard from other travelers, hostels and places to stay can be very cheap in SE Asia and South America.

As for the gas question, that's something I'm sure someone can answer on horizonsunlimited.com

It will be VERY expensive for you - the dollar isn't worth much against the Euro. Fuel alone is around 10 dollars per gallon. Shitty accommodation will cost you 150 bucks per night over here, and food is expensive too.

To do it cheaply but safely you   more...

If you went what bike would you use?

if you can check out a guy called Nick Sanders hes a UK motorcycle journalist who has tonnes of DVD's out. one of which is called "journey beyond reason" where he rides solo around the world on a R1. proving that you dont need a massive tourer to do   more...

If someone can dream it...he can do it!
(As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.You know where to look that one up.)
