What ever that was it is not a plane. The trail it left behind is on the fringe of space.

The UFO is the little white dot on the right hand side during the beginning of the video.

It is merely observing the launch to make sure that the space weapons treaty is not being violated by the US.

I think this one is actually a video of Area 67 1/2, notorious site of teenagers who strap squirrels to small rockets and attempt to launch them into space. The real question is: will the chute deploy?
