you guys need to make a shorter camera & eliminate the telephoto lens altogether. Put the microphone in the back, provide an LCD viewfinder on/off switch, and chamfer the front corners of the camera, so they fit the visor better.

Hey, any of you guys use gun cams? Ive seen more than a few paintballers that use guncams, lipstick sized cameras that are small enough to fit into a mini-maglight sort of sleave and even onto a standard weaver rifle rail.

Sounds cool, but I haven't found one that would record audio and in MOV or MP4 format in the quality and compactness equivalent to the Kodaks.

Hey Rob,
I was wondering about those strong earth magnets (I'm using to fab something for my lic plate...you know this). Wouldn't one of those mess up with the magnetic SD card in the camera at that close of a range? If not, Charles has something going

I wouldn't put a magnet near the SD card. It's bad news. But it doesn't mess up his camera.

While it would be great for them to just have the 28mm SCHNEIDER-KREUZNACH lens and not the 117mm SCHNEIDER-KREUZNACH lens,Its not going to happen. The camera is marketed as a ultra compact consumer camera for snap shooting ,I.E. its a family cam.I think

the soft corners on the 28mm lens would be a more of a realistic fix unless it was fixed on the 710,from the 610.Along with the Noise levels is 200iso and its slow buffer. As for small camera's olympus has its compacts but i wonder how the Fuji Z series would fair for you guys or any of the powershots which have some smaller units out.I know that the Fuji Z's are smaller then the V570,610,710's but its still picture qaulity is garbage for a sony CCD sensor.
