I've gotten behind on viewing vids. Trying to catch up now. Just heard today that Postage us going up and the TVA ( Tennessee Valley Authority) is going to raise the electric rate on April 1st. Man, this sucks.

Prices are going up with every thing.Fro milk to gas.I usaly dont buy milk and then other day my girl wanted me to pick up a gallon of milk and it was right at $5.00 .Hell bread is almost $2.00 a loaf.Thanks 4 posting swipe and see yah around.

Wasn't really a cold just the cold air effect. yep very traditional countryside around there, really nice.

They're useful on longer journeys on cooler days. Apart from that, I rarely switch them on.

Thanks for another ride-along....and laugh...here you have heated grips and frozen hands, but you didn't want to tax the battery....does this mean you'll soon be riding without your jacket so as to keep it clean? Isn't electrical on bike set up such more...

Am not an electrical type but wonder if you could get someone to hook some sort of meter up when engine is running, w/ both main beam and grip heaters on, and see how much, if at all, battery is being drained.at some estimated average RPM.

Well, I was ten minutes from home and they take 15min to warm up so it wasn't really worth it. Well, according to the forum the battery is hardly charging at all when the main beam is on so unless I'm on a long ride where I can turn them off once my more...
