I think the whole "International Law" idea is pretty silly. The USA doesn't abide by international law, and neither does anybody else. At the international level it's "might makes right". I personally think the UN is a total scam to justify whatever more...

I'll just comment on the title and I need to watch this without distractions. If you go back to World War One, various groups had to be convinced to go to war. Most of the general public wanted peace, but powerful vested interests wanted war.
