Some are easy,some not.Exhaust is easy.You need a drill and some skills.The mirror mod is very important.You'll find out when you ride.

960 fps 125gr sounds like a .38SPL to me.

The exhaust sounds good. There is a curve where I would like to set up my camera to record some drive bys. The problem is, people park there to put small boats in the creek.
