Nice video. Try the "pocket divx encoder". It'll take vob/avi&, I think wma's and convert them to the size you want (usually around 320/240 size ) with whatever audio quality you choose. No watermark. Free. If you can't find it, email me.

there seems to be no VOB file convertors out there that dont leave a water mark! Utter gob shite
