Cops are out of control !! Cop or no cop No man should hit a woman let alone a young girl like that. Any man who back hands a young girl just because she slapped him, is a loser and an animal. And to think these are the people we are supposed to look more...

Uhh..he handled it quite well actually..he grabbed her wrist and tried to keep her from getting away or hitting him AGAIN. He was professional about it and didn't loose his cool. He never "Beat" her. Jeez..

i think its about time people retaliated by only doing what the cops do 2 us behind doors. My brother in law got beat up by the cops for helping a woman after she was attacked. They thought he was the attacker till the woman told them other wise. Good more...
