The world IS coming to an end soon. However, it's done this many many many times before and will an infinte number of times in the future. There is a 1000 year R&R period in between each time where a few people get to celebrate in what I guess you more...

I don't know how it is possible to determine if Saddam was *THE* dictator because I would have thought Hitler, Napoleon or Pol Pot would have been more likely choices. It could even refer to a future dictator, we just don't know.
