That's literally what it IS, David! LOL. I play the animated footage of each sign on my monitor and am filming it off the screen with a hand-held Aiptek digital camcorder, the video from which often looks like bad 16mm, or even Super-8, film. Perfect more...

Thank you very much! I was hoping the would be somewhat believable. I downloded a whole bunch of home video on YT showing Vegas in various decades and studying how the signs were "animated"/sequenced, and I use those as guidelines for my signs, but more...
