ignorance,vulnerability and naivety have been taken advantage of and victimized by oppressive systems over which they have had little or no understanding or control.
There is no excuse whatsoever for the abject poverty,starvation,homelessness and other burdens that have afflicted millions around the world. It is only because of man's inhumanity to man that these problems continue to exist,and not because there is an actual shortage of the resources required to fix these problems.In fact,there is an overabundance of Food,Money,and every conceivable commodity available to supply the needs of every Human Being on the Planet.It is only the evil that men do that prevents it from happening.
River-Melita was an awesome video that moved me very deeply,on the one hand showing the terrible poverty that existed during the Great Depression,and on the other hand illustrating the love that sustained families during that period,with particular emphasis on the Love between Mother and child,that sacred bond ordained by Nature and expressed so well in this video.
The song was awesome,very beautiful and touching,an excellent accompaniment to the images depicted in the video and I must compliment you on producing such a powerfully effective video that allowed me to empathize with and understand better the pains endured by these individuals and also to share in the Love that nourished and kept them going.
A hit and a favorite.Love.
