Plain and simple... The person driving the car is a complete idiot, he/she should be more aware of his/her surroundings...

The car was not anywhere near an "overtake" position relative to the car in front of it....he did it deliberately to block the motorcycle...

Would be interesting to get a follow-up...

its bad riding - he's far to close and should give the driver more time to see he's overtaking.

its even Worse car driving - no mirror,signal or anything. All car driver should have to do a CBT

But look at the shadows
the red car IS actually passing a green car which is only 3 meters in front of him then there is a larger gap to the white car

the red came in without signal and the timing is too perfect when the car drifts to the next lane to be a coincidence. the car did it on purpose. ass hole

My .02 way too late I know.....the red car obviously slowed to slow the biker and or bait him to pass, the white care in front then extends the distance between the 2 cars....why exactly would the red try to pass on that road being that he was so far more...
