Does your mouth produce excess saliva, like maybe you have to spit frequently? I'm guessing the answer is yes and that is due to your phat tongue. I'm not capable of doing that with my tongue, but i can touch it to my nose.

Just checked and yes I can do that... sort of... but have to apply a little pressure with my teeth. I’m sure I could practice until I got it down. If I ever wanted to.
