try a piece of foam over the mic. if it's right in the thick of the wind try plastic over the front of that foam. It might be enough to deflect the wind but still let ambient sound through.

My only request is let us hear the bike! My buddy ride s a Street and it's got a real unique sound!

I want to have the sound of the bike in my vids too, I'm trying to find a solution to the windnoise atm.
