As someone who has one of those funky back problems that prevents me from leaving the house, I know how you feel right now, and it sucks moose.
If it's from muscle spasm, alternating an ice pack and moist heat, 20 minutes ice, then 20 minutes heat, rinse more...

lor' it's a combination muscle and joint. I some how managed to move my sachrem up and over- we figure that was riding my bike and then not stretching enough. Which then sent the muscles into a frenzy!

I'm better today then on Tuesday. I can actually more...
