I own a Company that Sells Generators, How Do you Mix Large Amounts of Your mixture? Gallons at a Time?

Posted Sep 2, 08 by byte312
That would be a problem. You would have to lable it with warnings and ship it as a hazardous material in a box of vermiculite. since the post office does not like anything liquid.
However, we have a new generator that uses plain water now so there is   more...

Very impressive work you have done. My husband has been working on this, and he and a friend put a system in one car, and are getting about 30 to 40 percent increase. Not sure what car it was, and I haven't seen it yet.

His computer is down, and I am   more...

Yes, changing the sensors might violate EPA rules and bring some trouble. Many people who have done this are getting improved fuel ecconomy. Many people who have never tried this say that it does not work. Many people do not work. Some people work   more...

Can you share details on how you made the level sensor for your generator?
Also, your video about mixing the electrolyte solution does not mention the quantities you use and how much water you add to make one complete batch.
Thanks.

Regarding your automatic water/electrolyte refill system:
Why bother with a pump if you could use a gravity feed system?

Your reservoir looks higher than your HHO generator below. So, why not direct an air-tight supply tube to refill it up to the generator's   more...

I am glad that you asked. The engine vacuum will completly empty the reservoir or the reservoir might not always be mounted high enough above the generator. In any case, to accuratly refil the gerenator to the correct level is harder than you might   more...

I read somwere that you can use distilled vinegar as electrolist .would this be any better than other elctrolist ?

Posted Jun 21, 08 by byte312
Vinegar does work but it produces carbon and gets the generator really dirty inside. It is a good hydrocarbon which is very close to alcohol in its composition.

When you develop your auto fill system did you have the line that fills your generator above the water level or below the water level?. I ask because of the vacuum draw from the engine, this might not be important with a full saturation unit. Is it fully   more...

No button to push; the refill system is fully automatic and the line refills above the water level. If the generator is subject to direct engine vacuum, a valve must to used instead of a pump becuase the vacuum will suck the water in from the reserve   more...

On the hho generator you plan to install in your escort, could you show us how to build this cell? Just thought I would ask. Great work Craig!

Another question. How much of this solution do you use and how many miles before refill? So your cost per refill?
I know...I ask alot of questions :)

similar, but not quite.

hopefully your HHO generator is more efficient at generating hydrogen than this booster.

Any thoughts on this?

Aloha,
Thats 66% hydrogen, 30% carbon monoxide, 4% carbon dioxide. The carbon also damages the stainless. See A Practical Guide to Free Energy Devices, Chapter 10, automotive systems, by Patrick Kelly.
