I agree with dpRider, if people know who's it is and you post up a couple of vids recorded by that cam after the accident, I think you will got loads for it, and anyone that knows you on here knows that you are not the sort of bloke to stitch people

Saying "as is" with no other promises aside from "working condition" would still be ethical. Many Ebay sellers get items in bulk form local auctions and whatnot...they wouldn't even know the true history of the camera. I would provide close-up pictures,
more...
disclose the scratches/dents, and say "as-is," working condition. There's no reason to actually say "this was dropped x feet."

Why ebay it when you can sell it on LV to another vlogger who would likely pay just as much for it, and at the same time give a little back to the community?
