This was really interesting. The juveniles seems really curious. That one legged landing was so cute. Good idea to keep a camera in the car.

I have only ever seen still photos of burrowing owls, which make them look so squat and tiny. This is great footage, Judy. They certainly were curious about you. Do you know if that hissing little call the young ones make is the same call that adults more...
