Hi Susy,I've been watching your wonderful videos recently as I've just bought a KR6 knit radar on e-bay. I was hoping to use it on the 150 chunky machine that I rescued from the loft.
The problem is my swatch of DK yarn reads 13 sts & 23 rows, but more...the smallest stitch scale on the KR6 is 23, and the lowest row count is 30. Do you have a clever way round this?

Susy you are my hero. I am new to machine knitting and have learned so much from your videos. Your machine knitted sweaters are awesome. There are very few expert machine knitters sharing their expertise online so others can learn what you can knit more...on the machines. Keep up the good work. You go girl! less

Susy, Just want you to know that you're my hero! Just starting to use my knitting machine after it being under the bed for 15 years. Your videos have inspired me and been sooooo helpful. Are you a hobbyist or an expert? I expect you're an expert, more...because a hobbyist would have had a few 'oh shit' moments along the way. Keep up the good work. less

Hi Susan, came across your videos after two day search on the web - lucky or what. Brand new to knitting machines (zippy plus & ribber- zippy 90 chunky), but its so much easier to watch and hopefuly learn from your video than reading the manual and more...screwing up. You inspire me to continue my efforts even if I do suffer the weights landing on my feet-all the time! The air is blue most days Ouch bluiddy, sod, budder etc etc. less
