I'm a complicated woman with the simplest of objectives. I want a family, a comfortable home, a happy marriage, healthy children, and I'd like to see and experience as many places in world as feasibly possible. (In the future of course) I used to value money and image, but lately I've found a lot of happiness putting value on people. I think it's a good idea to try to be kind to everyone. Approaching people with sensitivity is a pretty decent way of communicating. Seeking spiritually uplifting things more...is key. To me, a few of those include a record on the record player, a long passionate kiss, the company of family, a meal made with love, a warm hug, a sincere intangible gift, and hard laughter. Giving is better than receiving. Don't underestimate the worth of a single man or woman and his /her guitar. Singer-songwriters are some of the most prolific talents on the planet. I appreciate a good dive bar / lounge more than I do a pretentious club. The people are usually more grounded. Commitment in any form is really honorable. The Japanese definitely have that whole honor thing down, and I respect that a great deal. Speaking of respect, I feel it's absolutely essential to any relationship. It should be at the top of the relationship food chain. I'm not interested in complacency. I'm interested in changing, learning lessons, and living a rich life. I feel blessed to be part of a continuous growth process. I dig people who take smart risks. I dig people who sing out loud, jump out of planes, and aren't afraid to dance, speak out, and sacrifice for the good of the cause. Making people smile and laugh brings me great joy. I am in love with love. I've made some pretty lame choices in my life, but it's okay. I'm on a mission to fix the things I really messed up whilst also giving myself a friggin' break. Believe in love. There are so many different kinds, and those different manifestations are a pleasure to witness. less |
