I will be going on the YouCruise this Saturday. The YouCruise is a Carnival Cruise that was organized by Pipistrello for YouTube vloggers. VioletKitty411 and LittlePandaExpress will also be on the cruise. The ship will stop in Key West and Nassau Bahamas. I'm sure there will be lots of video of this cruise. I bought a new Panasonic PV-GS120 camcorder with 3CCD for the cruise in order to take better video. It can also take photos and store them on its Secure Digital card but I'm not too happy with   more...their quality.

I'll have to fly to Florida to embark on the cruise ship. I have not flown in a long time (before 9/11). I've bought a belt with a plastic buckle so I won't need to remove it while going through security. I'm very well prepared for this trip.  less

I will not be going to the Philadelphia Film Festival tomorrow because I am too busy. Also, I am going to a play at the Community Theater League tomorrow evening. Today I received a copy of Creating Motion Graphics With After Effects. Volume 2: Advanced Techniques by Trish and Chris Meyer. I have not even finished reading Volume 1! Yes, After Effects is so complicated that there is a two volume set of books on how to use it, each over 400 pages.

Today I received my boxed copy of Adobe After Effects 6.5 Standard from eBay. I was really glad to get this because the book I am reading "Creating Motion Graphics With After Effects - Volume 1: The Essentials" was written for version 6.5. Because I only had version 6.0, I was unable to open the example projects. I could not try many of the things explained in the book because the features did not exist in the previous version. The boxed version of Adobe After Effects 6.5 Standard also comes with   more...a DVD of video tutorials.  less
