VICTORY!!!
I finally was able to (mostly) fix the issues I was having with the project file. I tried to put it back into the format I usually use to more...save video files... and clearly there was a negative impact on the video quality here. Gahhh. I'm so sorry guys... this has just been a nightmare. I hope you still are able to enjoy this... I honeslty don't know what else I can do at this point.
You may notice that there are very very small differences between this version and the version on youtube, which mostly has to do with the project file glitches. I wanted to try something a little different with the end, as well. I hope you don't mind! If you hate it, you can always watch the original on youtube.
So anyway, I found the song a while ago on a video about the US Olympics teams, and I fell in love with it. With all the music by this company, actually. They're pretty awesome. Unfortunately, like Audio Machine, you CANNOT get their music anywhere. Even limewire gave me a hard time.
There are two incredibly awesome instrumental versions of this song. I previewed them both for my Avatar-watching friend who shares my love for orchestrated pieces, and she told me to use the "no guitar" version that relied entirely on violins because it had more emotion in it. I am so grateful for her opinion sometimes... she was absolutely right. Now, I prefer this version over the one I had planned to use originally. Thank you, Emmy!
This is a trailer-esque... thing. It has no talking, no lyrics either, I like it this way because it gives you a chance to hear the true power of the music. Remember that, young AMV makers: make your music work for YOU.

Alright guys, I can't take credit for a lot of this. I stole the song from umeko (umekograsshopper over on youtube). It's just more...so perfect for a huge awesome summary of the show, and the end makes for a perfect section highlighting the finale's greatness.
Seriously, umeko, I owe you more than you are aware of. An unfair amount of my "inspiration" comes from things you've done, and for that, I thank you. I hope you choose to make something Avatar-related again soon, I've really missed your stuff!
As for all those character stills, I put them together myself but the background textures are not mine. I'm going to try to get all those names on here if I can find them again. Thanks to all you generous people on deviantart!

Ho geez, a shipping video. I apologize to all of you who have grown fond of my trailers, but I needed to mix it up a bit. Plus, when I announced my "character more...tribute" speculations, about 95% of the people who commented requested either a Zuko or Mai video. It's good to compromise, no?
On my trip in Chicago, I listened to this song about 20 times, and all I heard was Maiko. This song had also been deemed a failed project of mine from a few months ago, but I thought it could use a little reviving. It's a good song, short, fast, and with a strong beat. It IS a Raven song.
So yeah... Maiko. Along with being one of the fandom's most hated ships, it's one of my favorites. I have always loved Mai, and after witnessing her act of unconditional love in Boiling Rock pt. 2, I knew that Maiko was it. Maiko is where it's at, dudes. That is dedication. That is love, affection, and understanding that can only be seen in one other ship of this fandom, arguably. So I don't want to hear your anti-Maiko hate comments, save it. Maiko is the most canon ship of the show.
And in case you're wondering, the chinese characters at 0:31 say "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned." I thought it seemed fitting.

Two words: Audio Machine. Go check them out, guys. They have quite the selection of epic trailer music, and their stuff is featured in pretty much every more...movie trailer that fits the genre. The second song used in this video was from the trailer for Hancock, which I saw recently, and said hey, that song owns everything. So yes. Audio Machine. Very good stuff. And a very special thanks to RiKanSolja1 for sending me the song. As great as Audio Machine's music is, it's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find.

Yeah, so I totally made this in a day. How about that! I guess I can't say it took be 20+ hours now, cuz it didn't. I more...even went out to lunch and saw a movie... and yet here it is, completed on my computer and just asking to be uploaded. Your wish is my command, oh computer lord.
So, Boiling Rock pts. 1 and 2 pretty much rule all. I absolutely loved them... so unexpected!! But amazingly cool! Mai is clearly the woman of the hour, hence why she gets the final shot and production still. I've always liked her, but she just jumped up 10 Raven points in my book. Geez. Still can't quite believe the end of that episode...
I know I only introduced 4 characters in this one, but the music only allowed for 4. But really, when you think about this episode, which 4 characters first come to mind? I rest my case.
But yeah guys, BUY THE DVD ON MAY 6TH! For real! Avatar seriously needs our support here. Why else would Nick sell a DVD with unaired episodes? IT'S A TEST. It's a marketing strategy that could make or break the possibility of future Avatar seasons and the live action movie in 2010. For all that is good and holy, BUY THE DVD. Buy 2 DVDs. Just help out the cause, because with this most recent leak Avatar sure does need it.

Believe it or not, I bought this song in hopes of making a Zuko tribute with it. Instead, it somehow more...morphed into a trailer.
Basically, it's a crash-course/season 3.5 trailer of Avatar. Because my family has recently taken an interest in what I do, I've been making trailers in a feeble attempt to teach them about Avatar. I think this one certainly does a better job of that than the Back From Hiatus Trailer.
I started this video last Monday, after watching the credit sequence of the movie "Rendition." I thought it was cool and I wanted to try it out; you'll see the similarity in the way I show "Avatar The Last Airbender" at the end. But mostly, this video exists because the Corner Stone Cues finally put out another CD, which rocks if I do say so myself. I bought the whole thing and was instantly drawn to Frigga. The rest is history. Very recent history.

Today marks the one year anniversary since I uploaded my very first Avatar music video. It took 7 days to acquire one comment on that video, and another more...7 days for a second. People have since commented numerous times, often with phrases like "From humble beginnings the great do rise," which can be taken two ways in my mind.
I have many reasons for choosing this song. You may be familiar with an AMV to the same song by FancyClancy, a video I credit as my one greatest inspiration for making Avatar videos. I figured it was time I returned to the source of my newfound passion.
